When will the facility be open?
The new facility is expected to open in September 2025.

What does it cost to move in?
To move in, we require a security deposit equal to one month’s rent and a
prorated rent payment based on your date of move in.

Do you offer discounts if I pay in advance?
Since our lease agreements are month to month, we don’t currently offer any
discounts for paying in advance.month-to-month

Do you offer Month to Month leases?
All our leases are month to month. You can end your lease at any time by
submitting a written 10-Day Notice.

How much is the security deposit?
Security Deposits are equivalent to one month’s rent.

What type of documentation is required to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver's license, state ID, or
passport), vehicle information (License plate and VIN), Proof of Registration, and
Proof of Insurance.
Unregistered or inoperable vehicles may not be stored on site.

Do you prorate the rent upon move out?
Yes, prorated rent is calculated on day of move out.

How can I access my parking space once I’ve signed a lease?
All customers will be given a personal gate code for secure access.

When is your facility open?
Customers will be able to access their parking spaces seven days a week between
the hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, every day of the year.
Our office will be open between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Please note: Our office is closed on major holidays and notice will be posted on
the office door.

Can I stay in my camper overnight?

Can I store multiple items in my space?
Customers may store multiple vehicles in their space, providing no vehicles are
impeding into another space. Valid registration and insurance are required for all
vehicles and boats.
