At Manteca Executive RV & Boat Storage, we are passionate about serving our customers and helping them protect their valuable assets. Our facility is fully paved, offers completely enclosed high perimeter fencing, secure gated access, and 24-hour video surveillance.


We are also actively committed to clean energy solutions for our planet. With that in mind, our roofing system consists of solar modules that not only provide shade and protection but also generate enough clean electricity to power over 800 homes in the local community.


Among other conveniences, Manteca Executive RV & Storage offers extra-wide drive aisles, angled spaces, and pull-through spaces. Amenities include a FREE dump station, power wash station, ice and air compressor, as well as propane available for sale. Our office offers free Wi-Fi, a conference room, and a bathroom with a shower for customer use.


Our overall design and amenities make us an award-winning Class A facility and the first of its kind in the RV storage industry on the West Coast.

Easily accessible from Highway 99 or 120, the new Manteca Executive RV & Boat Storage can be reached via the Austin Road exit on Highway 99 or by taking the Main St. exit on Highway 120.


We are located approximately 24 minutes south of Stockton, CA, approximately 22 minutes east of Tracy, CA, and 40 minutes from Turlock, CA. We are proud to serve the entire San Joaquin Valley, as well as the surrounding communities.

    The new facility is expected to open in September 2025.

  • What does it cost to move in?

    To move in, we require a security deposit equal to one month’s rent and a prorated rent payment based on your date of move in.

  • Do you offer discounts if I pay in advance?

    Since our lease agreements are month to month, we don’t currently offer any discounts for paying in advance.month-to-month

  • Do you offer Month to Month leases?

    All our leases are month-to-month. You can end your lease at any time by submitting a written 10-Day Notice.

  • How much is the security deposit?

    Security Deposits are equivalent to one month’s rent.
